Requirements for Rental

• Photocopy of Passport

• Active and Verified eGov account

• Tax Registration (Proof of registration with the Gibraltar Income Tax Office)

• Proof of Employment Documentation

  • A recent payslip

  • An employment contract

  • A letter from the department of employment

• Financial self-sufficiency documentation required to confirm ability to support oneself if not in employment

  • Proof of passive income (Pension, rental income or investments)

  • Bank statements

This is a legal requirement from the LPS which applies to all HMOs, Co-living developments, and other forms of higher occupancy housing.
